Regional Sales Director - Southeast Asia

Fauzan brings over 25 years of industry experience and leads our business growth and strategic sales initiatives across Southeast Asia. He is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, driving regional revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities and delivering innovative solutions across Telecommunications, GIS, Fibre Networks, OSS/BSS, Data Centres and Digital Infrastructure. Working closely with customers, technology partners and engineering teams, Fauzan develops tailored solutions that address complex business and technical challenges while delivering measurable value and fostering long-term customer success.

Richard Timmerman

Regional Director - EU GTM & Sales

Richard leads our European GTM strategy and sales execution, driving business growth, market expansion and strategic customer engagement. Richard is responsible for developing GTM plans, leading regional sales initiatives, building high-performing partnerships and identifying new market opportunities.

Arjun Mehta

Director — Enterprise Sales

Arjun leads global enterprise Sales and responsible for driving revenue growth by leading strategic sales initiatives for large enterprise customers. His focus is to developing sales strategies, building executive-level client relationships, managing complex sales cycles, negotiating major contracts and identifying new business opportunities.

2020
Foundation & Market Entry from Australia
CFCR Technologies was established in Australia to address a critical market need supporting Tier-II telecommunications operator in copper network rehabilitation and FTTH programs.

2021
1. Innovation Breakthrough (IoT Program)
A major milestone year, delivering a client patent-driven end-to-end IoT pilot development program covering development and deployment of cloud based IoT platform and system integration. This project demonstrated CFCR’s capability in managing full lifecycle technology innovation from concept to validation.

2. Tier-I Project Engagement
CFCR was selected as a prime sub-contractor for a System Integrator (SI) to support a Tier-I telecom operator's network upgrade program. The engagement involved CISCO based DOCSIS technology and infrastructure migration alongside significant vendor product upgrades across the cable broadband infrastructure ecosystem.

2022
1. RF, DAS & Broadband Expansion
CFCR secured a sub-contracting order from a major product manufacturer/OEM to provide specialist lab testing and Project Management resources and services, focusing on RF PIM, BERT and performance validation.

2. Parnership for FTTx & Wi-Fi engineeirng
We also partnered with a US-based consulting firm to introduce FTTH/FTTP and Wi-Fi network design and engineering services into the USA market during the same period.

2023
Government & GIS Expansion
CFCR consulting services supported a major supplier in securing a GIS panel onboarding with a Queensland Government agency under a multi-year engagement model. Services included end-to-end GIS-enabled system integration, deployment, resourcing and managed services across leading GIS platforms. To meet scaling demands, CFCR onboarded an offshore GIS services partner, enabling flexible resource expansion and delivery resilience.

2024
Offshore Capability Establishment
CFCR launched a state-of-the-art offshore operations centre, establishing dedicated delivery team and governance supporting ongoing customer projects across telecom, utilities, GIS and infrastructure domains. This marked a strategic shift toward a scalable global delivery model.

2025 & 2026
Accelerated Growth & Strategic Contracts
During this high-growth period, CFCR secured several significant engagements:

Design sub-contract for a Tier-II EPC supporting FTTP (N2P) program.
End-to-end Wi-Fi network sub-contracts across multiple sites in Australia.
Major OSS/BSS platform uplift & cloud transformaiton program for a Tier-I carrier.

In parallel, CFCR established a dedicated offshore Network Operations Centre (NOC) to support expanding Managed Services commitments, delivering 24x7 monitoring, incident management and operational assurance capability.
